Yahoo says Microsoft offer undervalues company.
As we said in a previous post, Microsoft offered $44,6 for Yahoo but it seems that it’s not enough for Yahoo. Microsoft offered $31 per share on February 1 which means the 62% more than the price before but since then, shares grow up to $29 and the Microsoft offer has become outdated. In the other hand, Microsoft’s shares has fallen from $32,60 to $28,56.
Yahoo wants another buyer but no one has offered itself, we supposed that Apple will become this buyer but the Cupertino’s company doesn’t say nothing. In my opinion Apple are more closer to get a deal with Google than Yahoo, and it will be a very strike in the USA economy and in addition, to the rest of the world.
Microsoft will increase the offer or on the contrary will take away any effort to buy Yahoo?

Today Apple release a new iPod and new iPhone as we could see in the previous post.
When I saw the news I’ve thought, yeah! today will be a terrific day to Apple shares! This is what we need, more gadgets and more news abot the company but no, this is no the time, Apple and in a more general term, the tech shares are going down day after day… This is a negative perspective to the near future of the company shares but if you go in a long term as me, I recommend you hold your shares and wait until iPhone come to the rest of Europe…
In the next chart you can see how Apple get the news of the new iPod and iPhones but the grow hasn’t last for a long time.

The last week the world of www was revolutionized by Microsoft. The company offers 40.000 dollars for Yahoo!, as you can see at the chart the price of the shares grow up around 10$!

The current users of Yahoo! like Flickr users are against this movement, but not only the users, de Yahoo CEO, Jerry Yang, are not very friend of Microsoft and he ask for help, specifically help from Apple. What’s the position of Apple, the company must get in the fight?
If you are a Flickr user and you’re against Microsoft’s movement, you can join this group to express your disagreement. I’ve done.
